Everyone can learn how to sing with technique. But no one can buy distinctive vocal material like singers I've mentioned above. You're talking about techniquewise? Indonesia has a bunch of singers with great technique in singing. Too bad they're not quite popular in Indonesia. I've seen Dira Sugandi sang at Opera House in Sydney with her big voice. So technical yet natural. I've also seen Lea Simanjuntak so long time ago in Singapore. She's also a technical singer. Not to mention Eka Deli who can sing both parts of Mariah Carrey and Whitney Houston in the song When You Believe with the exact ornamentation.
So from technical standpoint (as you said) there are a lot of Indonesian singers that have already been in the same level with US' top singers, way before Agnes Monica learned the skills. And to my ears, they sounds much nicer and natural in delivering songs, compare to Agnes Monica.
bye felicia!
p.s : an advice for you, you can hate her or her stanbase for like forever, but carry on sis, Agnes Monica will continue making history and still considered as one the most relevant, significant female artist with great achievement in Indonesia and you will deal!
muah muah
Subjective matter? Subjective to your concern maybe?
I don't hate her. Just don't like her singing and attitude. That's all.
Thanks for the advice. But it means nothing to me
