Koh Masaki meninggal tanggal 18 Mei 2013 pagi, karena komplikasi usus buntu, katanya usus buntunya pecah dan infeksi seisi perut, Koh Masaki menunda2 operasi usus buntunya dari lama soalnya takut berbekas
"We've been holding back on releasing the news hoping that it was a rumour, but it is with a heavy heart that we have to report about Japanese top gay porn actor Koh Masaki's passing away this morning (18th May 2013) due to complications from acute Peritonitis. According to Chinese news sources, Koh had apparently been delaying surgery due to concern of having body scars which will affect his future film projects. All this time he had been adopting conservative remedies as treatment for his condition."

It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you all that on May 18 2013 at 6:21 am, Koh Masaki has passed away.
The tragic news has been announced by his partner, Tien Tien, who revealed that Koh was receiving treatments from a ruptured cecal (which is considered the beginning of the large intestine) due to peritonitis and has had surgery several times since last month.
This is a sad day not only for us but also for his family, partner, and friends who have always supported his career. We will always love you Koh Masaki.
